Cortina 145 | primo atelier
Rome / Italy / 2024
Cortina 145 is a restyling project of an apartment located in a luxury residential neighborhood of the Italian capital.
The aim of the project was to give new life to the environments through the valorisation of pre-existing decorative elements, the use of new covering materials, the design of custom-made furnishings and the selection of some iconic pieces of Italian design.
A neutral color palette spreads across the surfaces of all the rooms: a natural herringbone oak parquet was used for the floors, a velvety warm white paint for the walls and ceilings while we find boiserie and bookcases designed specifically for each room characterized by materials such as Roman travertine, Canaletto walnut wood and bronzed metal details.
The custom-designed furnishings are configured as scenic backdrops against which the moments of daily life stand out and represent a common thread between the various environments, from the living room to the bedrooms, passing through the distribution spaces.
The table presented in this project belongs to the exclusive collection of asymmetria furniture, designed by studio primo. in this case feet were chosen in red Levant marble and brushed burnished metal combined with an extra-clear glass top.
