Villa Mirage

Tucked within a verdant nature reserve near Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Villa Mirage is a 220 m²
Provençal retreat that melds traditional stone façades with sleek, contemporary insertions.
The U-shaped plan encloses a central courtyard garden, its lavender and oleander
plantings echoing the perfume of the Riviera landscape. Large arched openings, fitted with
bronze-framed glass doors, dissolve the threshold between a double-height living hall and
the sun-dappled terrace beyond.
Inside, the palette is sun-bleached: pale limestone floors, stucco-white walls, and limed
oak joinery. A sculptural fireplace anchors one wing, while the adjacent kitchen features
bookmatched marble countertops and bespoke bronze hardware. Three ensuite bedrooms
occupy the west wing, each with private terrace access and modular walls that open to
capture cool Mistral breezes. Throughout, custom lighting installations by local artisans
and handwoven linens lend a tactile warmth. At twilight, the perimeter pool transforms
into a mirrored ribbon, reflecting the villa’s glowing façade and the first stars of the
Mediterranean sky.
