Offices designed for IGS, located within the FRATTA CENTER SONATA complex, a project by LEGORRETA Architects.
Commissioned through direct assignment, the process began with selecting the ideal space for the logistics and transportation company.
A location was chosen that overlooks the green areas of Sonata, with a main entrance facing the complex’s large reflecting pool.
The design unfolds in three key episodes:
The first is the entrance, defined by a screen wall, a reception counter, and the company’s logo.
The second is the main workspace—an open-plan layout centered around a large work island, surrounded by perimeter workstations.
The final episode is the executive area: a private office for the company’s visionary leader and the meeting room, concluding the spatial and functional sequence.
The overall atmosphere is industrial and urban, with a distinctive artistic touch—visual artist Héctor Ferrón created custom pieces for each area.
