We started this commission with the aim of giving a new life to a property development that had been stagnant since 2004. Therefore, we had to adapt to a concrete structure that had already been built and we designed a new distribution, not only in the interior, creating more open and diaphanous spaces, but also a new way of living in the homes. We removed the exterior stairs to centre the entrance to the house through the garage, making it more accessible and direct from the outside, and thus leaving the ground floor more flexible to relocate all the rooms and to create new façade openings that allow us to enjoy the wonderful views that this natural environment offers us.
