1999. In the green residential area of Camilluccia (north side of Rome) stands a luxurious building where this prestigious two-level penthouse is located.
Featuring two bedrooms (on the second floor), each with a dressing room and private bathroom, large terraces surround the interiors spread over two floors.
A large entrance opens the view to the wide living room, which is connected to a TV room. A double sliding door leads to the dining area, which is connected to a large kitchen.
Prestigious and refined materials adorn the luxurious interiors: parquet, boiserie with panels in burl of precious woods, silks, velvets, and other fabrics produced by the best companies in the sector (Pierre Frey and Rubelli), bathrooms coverd by Giallo di Siena marble, and various designed furnishings, all tailor-made for an exceptional bespoken interior. Designed wooden decorations, finish walls and ceilings.
