Located in the green residential area Camilluccia, in Rome, and famed hill filled out with green landscapes, this Penthouse offers amazing overviews over town.

The apartment, with its wides terraces, has been completely renovated.

The family, composed of two people, requested a revisitation of the spaces that were concerned by a project with a “contemporary” vision

Supported by an elegant mixtures of natural materials and rich details tailored-made, the appartment offers an unique and luxurious upper-class comfortable space, characterized with elements by the renowned Italian Design. A modern design at its highest level.

Fluidity. A new distribution of the spaces, is the result to create a large livingroom. New wides windows (Shüco) have been replaced with a criteria which introduce more natural light, fact that offers an airy space able to create a filter between the indoor and outdoor spaces. In addition, it's possible to enjoy a better view over town. The conception was to create an open space connecting the living room to the dining, as well to the kitchen area with a wide sliding door (Rimadesio). Also, have been built two painted brick bookcases, decorated with various Leds.

The apartment provides a guest area that counts a large bedroom, dressing cabin and private bathroom (realized with marble Giallo di Siena). 

A master suite includes bedroom, bathroom realized in marble Travertino Navona (with hydromassage Jacuzzi and sauna Effegibi), as well a massage room, which takes place in a nice veranda overlooking green courtyards. Extension on its terrace with an exotic garden.
