An ancient property, on the seventh floor of a vertiginous house by the sea, laden with its centuries, that speaks and screeches in the language of seagulls, listens to the rolling of pebbles carried by the eternal undertow, passes the time through the flowing clouds. The steep climb does not stop upon entering the flat, it continues up the new structures that open up and look out towards new horizons; custom-made furniture, simple materials, no frills, complicated structure; new views like telescopes that amplify the senses and dilate the view.

Un antico immobile, al settimo piano di una vertiginosa casa sul mare, carica dei suoi secoli, che parla e stride nella lingua dei gabbiani, ascolta il rotolare dei ciottoli trasportati dalla eterna risacca, trascorre il tempo attraverso le nuvole che scorrono. L'inerpicata salita non si ferma entrati nell'appartamento, continua salendo sulle nuove strutture che si aprono e si affacciano verso i nuovi orizzonti; arredi tagliati su misura, materiali semplici, senza fronzoli, dalla struttura complicata; nuovi scorci come canocchiali che amplificano i sensi e dilatano la vista.
