The complex consists of four floors, each with different concepts and cuisines: a signature modern Georgian kitchen, an open- air terrace with a seafood menu, a banquet hall, a Prosecco bar, a wine bar, and on the top floor, an open terrace with a lounge bar.

The Panorama Batumi terrace concept blends modernity with Georgia’s historical essence, with each level reflecting the country’s rich cultural DNA. The 32nd-floor terrace, Sargan, immerses guests in a Colchis forest atmosphere, featuring natural stone, aged wood, and handcrafted elements from local artisans. A variety of textures—wood, clay, stone, ceramics, velvet, and linen—enhance the sensory experience, harmonizing raw materials with lush greenery.

EACH AREA OF THE TERRACE IS UNIQUE: a noisy large company will be located next to the open kitchen, a romantic evening for two can be spent at bar tables with a perfect sea view and the sunset, and for a friendly meeting with a glass of wine,you can choose a table at a large terracotta sofa.

The concept of the restaurant is reflected in every detail. One of the key elements of this interior is six three-meter clay sculptures inspired by the famous Georgian Qvevri and ancient sculptural images of a man of the 4th millennium BC that were found in Georgia.
