The brick pointing emphasises the horizontal with the vertical joints coloured to match the brick - a Frank LLoyd Wright detail. Green roofs and green walls reduce air pollutants and improve urban air quality air, reduce the need for heating and cooling, which can lower energy costs. reduce stormwater runoff by up to 90%.
