KarKar is a 3.0 car dealer that offers quick and effective service, allowing people to buy their next car directly from home, in just a few clicks.


The company’s positioning operation included brand restyling, a new visual identity, and the setup of a physical space for information and communication. The entire system was created to highlight and embody benefits such as the fast-tracked purchase journey and completely custom service.


The “.it” domain was added to the renewed brand to instantly declare the digital nature of the service, while the new “Fast mood” slogan conveys a quick and effortless purchase experience. To support the creative concept, the visual language includes agile and streamlined graphics to suggest dynamism and movement.


KarKar’s store is informal and comfortable, reflecting the brand’s values of convenience and pragmatism. The central element is the client desk, surmounted by icons and descriptions of various services “on the menu” – inspired by the world of fast food, further reinforcing the play on words of the “Fast mood” slogan.

KarKar è un car store 3.0 che offre un servizio rapido ed efficace per acquistare la tua prossima auto direttamente da casa e in pochi click.


L’operazione di posizionamento dell’azienda comprende il restyling del marchio, la progettazione di una nuova identità visiva e l’allestimento di uno spazio fisico di informazione e comunicazione, in grado di evidenziare valori quali la rapidità di acquisto e la flessibilità di un servizio completamente su misura.



Il marchio rinnovato presenta l’aggiunta del dominio “.it” per esplicitare in modo immediato la dimensione digitale del servizio e si accompagna al nuovo payoff “fast mood” che comunica l’esperienza di acquisto comoda e rapida. Per esaltare questo concetto, il linguaggio visivo comprende anche delle grafiche agili e sintetiche che suggeriscono dinamismo e movimento.


Lo spazio KarKar è caratterizzato da un ambiente informale e confortevole che riflette la dimensione di convenienza e praticità del marchio. L’elemento centrale è il bancone per le operazioni con i clienti, sopra a cui compaiono le icone e le descrizioni dei diversi “menu” di servizio, prendendo ispirazione dal mondo dei fast food ed esplicitando ulteriormente il gioco di parole del payoff “fast mood”.
