With 155 sqm, the Authentic apartment, located in the prestigious Cambuí neighborhood in Campinas (São Paulo, Brazil), was designed by Bohrer Arquitetos with an emphasis on architectural elements that maximize natural light and create a sense of openness in the living spaces. Its intelligent layout integrates spaces fluidly, ensuring functionality and comfort in every moment.

The modern and well-planned open-concept kitchen seamlessly connects with the living and dining areas, creating an ideal space for socializing and integration. The gourmet area, equipped with a barbecue grill, further expands the social environment, designed to be a welcoming space for gatherings. Large windows in every room allow an abundance of natural light, contributing to energy efficiency and creating a pleasant indoor climate.

The three suites were designed to offer comfort and privacy to the residents. The decor emphasizes neutral tones in the finishes, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere for rest. The functional furniture arrangement ensures practical organization, while elegant details, such as high baseboards and metallic finishes, add a touch of sophistication.
