NegroNi_restaurant

NegroNi is an exquisite restaurant in the very center of Astana in the Fine Dining format, where the signature and modern cuisine with Kazakh authenticity, as well as French and Pan-Asian, is made using complex gastronomic techniques.
The space of 450 square meters offered spacious halls with high ceilings, which made it possible to organize a mezzanine floor and move part of the kitchen there. The restaurant has a variety of zoning - an entrance area that is perfect for brunch, a contact bar, a hall with soft sofas, more intimate areas and an event hall that can be separated from the main space with perforated partitions. The heart of the project is an open kitchen, where gastronomic performances take place every day.
The palette of materials is based on warm wood. Veneered oak panels always look noble, it is a tactilely pleasant and visually impressive material. In contrast, part of the walls are finished with marble chips. Soft curves, mirrors and thoughtful lighting helped to create a sense of intimacy even in the spacious main hall.

Two massive round tables with a diameter of 1.6 meters are made of stained elm root veneer and covered with glossy varnish. Inside, there is a hidden mechanism that allows you to rotate the central part - all for the convenience of a large company. The lamps above them are also made according to our sketches, as is most of the furniture. In this way, we created all the central axes that determine the direction of view.
