The project preserves original architectural details while adding modern touches. Restored wooden beams contrast with sleek, minimalist finishes, creating a dialogue between past and present. The once-compartmentalized layout is now an open space where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together seamlessly.

Natural Materials, Warm Tones

Light, natural wood defines the apartment’s aesthetic. Oak flooring runs throughout, complemented by polished concrete countertops and brushed metal fixtures. Custom cabinetry in warm-toned wood offers hidden storage while maintaining a clean, airy feel.
