When considering the new use of the former stables attached to a 19th-century villa as residential accommodation, it was decided to leave the layout intact. To respect historical constraints, the cast-iron structures were preserved. The flat is an open space distributed among the stalls that once housed the horses. The drinking troughs and mangers have been preserved, as well as the cartouches with the horses' names as a reminder of the former stables.
