The Private House project in Chisinau, designed by AB + Partners, embodies a seamless blend of the client’s desires and the designer’s aesthetic sensibility. The concept behind this project stems from the need to create a space that exudes calm and comfort, transforming the interior into a blank canvas where creativity takes shape through every detail.

Spanning a surface area of 300 square meters, the home stands out for its refined elegance, visible from the first steps inside. On the ground floor, dedicated to the living area, a spacious open-plan layout merges the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. Here, neutral tones dominate, with each area thoughtfully defined to bring a unique, sophisticated touch to the overall aesthetic. Shades of gray reach their full expression in the living room, where the flooring, Mountain Treasure from Florim’s Prexious collection in a 6 mm version, enriches the space with a natural and valuable texture.

A standout feature is the wall behind the television, clad in Stone Sahara Noir from the Stones & More 2.0 collection, adding depth and character that harmonizes with the furniture and metallic accents.

The kitchen, an integral part of the open space, is distinguished by a striking color contrast that accentuates its clean, modern lines. Serving as a backdrop, the Charming Amber wall covering from the Prexious collection, also used for the flooring, introduces a warm and welcoming note that perfectly complements the overall design.

The upper floor houses the sleeping area, continuing the home’s stylistic coherence, with the master bedroom representing a true focal point of intimacy and sophistication. In the master bathroom, the Perle shower wall covering from the Rêves collection merges with Amani Bronze surfaces from the Stones & More 2.0 collection, creating a luxurious and harmonious environment. A second bathroom, with lighter tones, is enhanced by Pumice Flakes and Desert Flakes floors and walls from the Earthtech collection.
