Luxe Residence meets this challenge through a thoughtfully composed volumetric transition—a refined dark metal-clad volume ("nyaktag") seamlessly connects to the historic fabric before evolving into a strikingly modern mass featuring exposed concrete surfaces, expansive glazing, and dynamic terraces.

Situated on a steeply sloped plot, the project’s design responds to the site's complexity through strategic massing. The south-facing facade opens up dynamically, maximizing daylight exposure and panoramic views.
