"Thadi" is a local word used by the habitants of the eastern region of Rajasthan, from Jaipur to Jodhpur, which describes a phenomenon widespread across the state and for a better result, the research is restricted to the Sitapura.

"Thadi" ( " थड " in Hindi) is a kiosk or an isolated structure that sells tea, snacks and cigarettes at an accesible price range. Usually located on the side of a road or in a traffificked area with conformations and size varying according to context.

It creates the opportunity to have a safe place to chat with anyone and to have a break from the caothic streets of Sitapura, the medical-industrial-istitutional area of Jaipur, India. Living in these places allows you to witness the significant social impact of daily life on a wide range of people, from students to workers.

There is no such thing in Europe, yet.
