A new children's bedroom was required, as well as a shower room for the master bedroom. This meant modifying the rear façade, which faces south and has a close facing neighbor.

The new layout is structured around two main elements. The first is a wooden cladding wall, which incorporates the structure of the existing dormer and extends beyond the shower room. It protects it from exterior views and orients it towards nature and the setting sun.

The second element is a flat roof, the overhang of which protects the new bedroom from the summer sun.

From the outside, the combination of these two elements, associated with a levelling of the masonry, brings an impression of sliding and lightness to the whole.
