Nestled between the azure expanse of the beach and the rugged beauty of the mountains, this vacation house in La Ribera, B.C.S., Mexico, epitomizes serene luxury and harmonious design. The property is a captivating blend of natural beauty and sophisticated architecture, perfectly poised to offer an exceptional retreat experience.

As visitors approach, they are greeted by a functional yet elegant entry sequence. A striking cactus wall introduces two mirror modules flanking the entrance: a car garage and a service house, each seamlessly integrated into the overall aesthetic. Beyond these modules, desert-inspired patios on both sides guide guests along a pathway leading to the main house.

The exterior walls of the main house and modules are covered in local stone that harmonizes with the surrounding sand. As you approach the main house, the roof is tilted upward, drawing the eyes toward the sky. The architectural palette complements the coastal setting, with beige concrete mimicking the natural color of the sand and warm wooden accents reflecting the nearby desert landscape. This choice of materials enhances the house's integration with its surroundings.

The residence is thoughtfully organized around a central circular patio, serving as the heart of the home. This unique design element is not just a focal point but a versatile space for relaxation, meditation, and social interaction. At the center of this circular space lies a fire pit, surrounded by a circular sofa that invites gathering and contemplation. The patio's open design frames the night sky, offering an unparalleled vantage point for stargazing amid the soothing glow of the fire.

The house features six bedrooms, each designed with a neutral palette. The master bedroom boasts a beach view, while a second master faces the circular patio. Two additional bedrooms share a bathroom with a bunk bed room and overlook the desert-inspired patio at the back of the house. The bathrooms are finished in travertine marble, which maintains the house's material concept while adding a clean and elegant touch. Surrounding the central patio, the living spaces open fully from the entrance to the beach terrace, allowing for cross-ventilation and seamless integration between spaces.

To the front of the property, facing the pristine beach, the social area extends outward with a spacious terrace. Here, a series of sculptural concrete cubes form the pool, jacuzzi, and steps leading directly to the sand. This design enhances the connection to the beach and ensures smooth transitions between indoor and outdoor living.

Ubicada entre la inmensidad azul de la playa y las montañas de la región, esta casa de vacaciones en La Ribera, B.C.S., México, combina perfectamente la belleza natural con una arquitectura elegante, creando el lugar ideal para un retiro único.

Al llegar, los visitantes se encuentran con una serie de elementos de diseño que los guían. Una pared de cactus destaca en la entrada, seguida por dos módulos que enmarcan el acceso: un garaje y una casa de servicio, que se integran de forma armoniosa al conjunto. Tras pasar estos módulos, un patio desértico a ambos lados del camino central lleva hacia la casa principal.

Las paredes exteriores de la casa y los módulos están revestidas con piedra local que se mezcla bien con la arena de la zona. A medida que te acercas, el techo se eleva hacia el cielo, brindando una vista amplia. El diseño usa concreto beige, que recuerda el color de la arena, y detalles en madera cálida que conectan con el paisaje desértico, logrando una perfecta armonía con el entorno.

La casa está organizada alrededor de un patio circular, que es el centro del hogar. Este espacio no solo sirve como punto de encuentro, sino que también ofrece un lugar para relajarse, meditar y socializar. En el centro del patio, una fogata rodeada por un sofá circular invita a reunirse y disfrutar del ambiente. El diseño abierto del patio enmarca el cielo nocturno, creando el lugar perfecto para observar las estrellas mientras se disfruta del calor del fuego.

La casa tiene seis habitaciones, todas con tonos neutros. La habitación principal tiene vistas a la playa, mientras que otra da al patio circular. Dos habitaciones adicionales comparten un baño con una habitación con literas y tienen vistas al patio desértico en la parte trasera. Los baños están revestidos con mármol travertino, que mantiene la coherencia con los materiales de la casa y le da un toque sofisticado. Alrededor del patio central, los espacios sociales se abren desde la entrada hasta la terraza frente a la playa, permitiendo una ventilación natural y conectando sin esfuerzo los diferentes ambientes.

En la parte delantera, con vistas al mar, el área social se extiende con una gran terraza. Aquí, una serie de cubos de concreto dan forma a la piscina, el jacuzzi y los escalones que bajan directamente a la arena. Este diseño refuerza la conexión con la playa y facilita la transición entre los espacios interiores y exteriores.
