The PH Balbastro is a clear example of how a property can be transformed by making surgical changes without altering the essence of the home. Architecturally, the space was not functioning optimally, which led to the need for functional and spatial solutions that would provide greater luminosity and exceptional spatial qualities. The solution was found in creating a circular staircase that not only enhances the aesthetic virtues but also significantly improves the use of the home.

Programmatically, the PH is distributed over two levels. On the ground floor is the social area, with an integrated kitchen, dining room, and living room, offering views of the patio and in harmony with the grill. Additionally, there is a study and a full bathroom.

On the upper floor is the private and service area. The master suite has a large terrace, and on an intermediate level, there is a laundry room with independent access.

The spatial quality is determined by light, textures, and color. A true "PH porteño."
