The Iranian Architecture Genetics Project is an exercise in which I aim to uncover the diagrammatic identity of ancient Iranian architecture using digital tools, particularly motion graphics. So far, this exercise has been applied to several historical Iranian structures and continues to expand.
For instance, in the Tarikhaneh Mosque in Damghan, we explore aspects such as the interplay of solid and void, the part-to-whole relationship, the connection between architecture and the land, and the interaction of surface and volume—all through motion graphics.
