Ristrutturazione  appartamento in un edificio degli anni '80.

Gli interventi edilizi hanno incluso la rimozione della parete della cucina, il rifacimento degli impianti, lo spostamento delle porte in base alla nuova disposizione , una ristrutturazione completa che ha considerato sia il budget che le aspettative dei clienti.

Questo progetto ha tenuto in considerazione l'età dei committenti , una giovane coppia, che ha acquistato la loro prima casa, con l’entusiasmo e l’aspettative di un nuovo percorso di vita . completa questa famiglia un labrador. La scelta dei materiali è stata orientata verso soluzioni pratiche e igieniche, con pavimenti in ceramica antibatterica.

Abbiamo bilanciato la scelta dei pavimenti con materiali caldi, come il legno, e accenti di colore nero. Vani nascosti sono stati progettati per nascondere le zone tecniche e una dispensa è stata predisposta per soddisfare le necessità pratiche. 

Renovation of an apartment in a building from the 80s.
The building works included the removal of the kitchen wall, the redoing of the systems, the moving of the doors according to the new layout, a complete renovation that took into account both the budget and the expectations of the clients.
This project took into account the age of the clients, a young couple, who bought their first home, with the enthusiasm and expectations of a new path in life. A Labrador completes this family. The choice of materials was oriented towards practical and hygienic solutions, with antibacterial ceramic floors.
We balanced the choice of flooring with warm materials, such as wood, and black accents. Hidden compartments were designed to hide the technical areas and a pantry was arranged to meet practical needs.
