The building sits at the junction of Milan’s historic center and its modern business district, blending tradition with contemporary design. Its south facade features extensive terraces with lush greenery on each of its 18 office floors. Treeoffice is designed to function like a tree, using geothermal energy and rainwater collection for sustainability. Its exterior, with photovoltaic and photocatalytic elements, is both protective and breathable, while the vertical garden canopy connects the city with the sky and enhances well-being. The triangular plot is used to its advantage with a parabolic cut that optimizes views and adheres to urban regulations. The south-east and south-west facades are dynamic, while the north facade is simpler and more transparent. A pedestrian walkway leads to the lobby, and the rooftop “Panoramic Forest” offers unique views of Milan amidst rich vegetation.
