The use of polished concrete harmonizes perfectly with the original reinforced concrete structure of the building. This material is featured throughout the entire space.
Designed for a makeup artist, the apartment is adorned with both pastel and vibrant colors, creating a unique atmosphere. This two-toned apartment, reminiscent of a delightful vanilla-strawberry blend, is further enhanced by a central touch of chestnut wood. The distinctive ambiance creates a timeless haven to retreat to after the vibrant hustle of Paris.

Located in the historic Saint-Louis Hospital neighborhood, this 35 m² apartment offers all modern comforts. The bedroom, adjoining the living room, is bathed in natural light thanks to three aligned windows that illuminate the main living area. Vertical California blinds can block out light as needed, depending on the time of day or intended use.
The ensuite bathroom, located after the bedroom, is also entirely designed in polished concrete with mosaic inserts. The generously sized shower is cleverly positioned behind the bedroom's wardrobe to optimize space usage.

The kitchen's pass-through window is ingeniously designed, serving as both a functional element and a connection between windows, ensuring optimal ventilation in the summer by linking all the apartment's windows. A slatted blind allows for occasional separation of spaces.

Rien n’est plus exaltant que de rénover un appartement niché dans un immeuble des années 30. La structure en béton offre une base idéale pour réinventer l'intérieur de ce volume orienté plein sud.

L'utilisation du béton ciré dialogue harmonieusement avec la structure originelle du bâtiment en béton armé. Ce matériaux est décliné dans chaque espace.
Conçu pour un make-up artist, l’espace se pare de couleurs à la fois pastels et vives, créant une ambiance singulière. Cet appartement bicolore, évoquant un délicieux mélange vanille fraise, est sublimé par une touche centrale de châtaignier. L’atmosphère singulière crée ainsi un lieu intemporel où se ressourcer après l’effervescence parisienne.

Situé dans le quartier historique de l'hôpital Saint-Louis, cet appartement de 35 m² offre tout le confort moderne. La chambre, en enfilade du salon, est baignée de lumière grâce aux trois fenêtres alignées qui illuminent la pièce de vie. Le passe-plat de la cuisine, astucieusement conçu, sert également de lien entre les fenêtres pour assurer une ventilation optimale en été en connectant toutes les fenêtres de l’appartement. Un store à lames permets de séparer l’espace occasionnellement.
Le bureau, intimement lié à la cuisine, est un espace polyvalent, idéal pour travailler ou se maquiller. Les trappes d'accès ingénieuses permettent de stocker discrètement les produits de beauté.
