IT - Fra resti romani e antiche ghiacciaie medievali, apre le sue porte Augusta, un ristorante-casa che prima ancora di essere un luogo dove gustare piatti eccezionali, è un luogo dove scoprire una storia iniziata a metà '900. Siamo nel cuore di Rimini, in un giardino nascosto fra le mura malatestiane, nel centro storico della città. 

Il progetto architettonico, curato da Barbara Vannucchi, reinterpreta la storia del luogo con sensibilità e raffinatezza. L’ingresso richiama lo stile del vicino Teatro Amintore Galli, fondendo memoria e contemporaneità, mentre gli interni si distinguono per un arredamento elegante e moderno, capace di creare un’atmosfera intima e avvolgente.

Augusta non è solo un ristorante, ma anche una bottega: uno spazio polifunzionale che invita alla scoperta, al dialogo e alla condivisione, offrendo un’esperienza che si nutre di eccellenza e autenticità. 

ENG - Among Roman ruins and ancient medieval icehouses, Augusta opens its doors—a restaurant-home that, before being a place to savor exceptional dishes, is a space where a story that began in the mid-20th century unfolds. We are in the heart of Rimini, in a hidden garden nestled within the Malatesta walls, at the historic center of the city.

The architectural project, curated by Barbara Vannucchi, sensitively and elegantly reinterprets the history of the site. The entrance echoes the style of the nearby Amintore Galli Theater, blending memory with modernity, while the interiors feature refined and contemporary furnishings, creating an intimate and enveloping atmosphere.

Augusta is not just a restaurant but also a workshop: a multifunctional space inviting discovery, dialogue, and sharing, offering an experience steeped in excellence and authenticity.
