The land is located in Lai The village, Hue. This village boasts a rich history and preserves traditional cultural features. The house is designed to create a harmonious living space that connects generations within the family. A highlight of the house is its system of alternating courtyards, which form a continuous traffic axis from front to back, bringing natural light and fresh air into every corner.

The open-plan living space, seamlessly combining the living room, dining room, and kitchen, fosters a warm and intimate atmosphere. Large sliding doors open along the porch that extends the length of the house, connecting to the lush, green garden. This design blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces, inviting nature into the home. Grandma's bedroom, facing the tranquil backyard, offers a serene and relaxing retreat.

The special feature of the house is the outdoor staircase leading to the terrace. This space serves not only as a place to relax and enjoy the scenery but also as a venue for family gatherings during holidays, providing a separate space from the indoor living area. The worship room, bathed in abundant natural light, is solemnly placed at the center, serving as a sacred space for the family to preserve cherished traditional values.

The parents' bedroom is a private sanctuary where they can enjoy panoramic views of the house and breathe in fresh air. From the bedroom, parents can gaze out at the green garden and enjoy the fresh air. The bedrooms are designed with large windows, inviting natural sunlight and wind, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.

The house is not only a place to live but also a place to enjoy life. With a smart and sophisticated design, the house fulfills the homeowner's desire for a comfortable, modern, and nature-inspired living space.
