In the heart of Dorf Tirol is the Pizzeria Burggräfler Weinstube. The customers' wish was to create a new open space where they could welcome their guests during the summer evenings.
The project designs a small and welcoming space, embraced by a system of aromatic herb planters. A central entrance portal invites guests and leads them to the terrace and the restaurant.
The iron portals leaning on the large planters offer intimacy to the diners and frame the space behind them.
Bush-hammered concrete and iron are the two main materials used and, together with the aromatic herbs, define the image of the project.

Nel cuore di Dorf Tirol si trova la Pizzeria Burggräfler Weinstube. Il desiderio dei committenti era offrire uno nuovo spazio aperto dove poter accogliere i propri ospiti nelle serate estive.
Il progetto disegna uno spazio piccolo e accogliente, abbracciato da un sistema di vasi di erbe aromatiche.
Un portale d‘ingresso centrale invita gli ospiti e li conduce alla terrazza e al ristorante.
Portali in ferro appoggiati sui grandi vasi conferiscono intimità ai commensali e incorniciano lo spazio retrostante.
Cemento bocciardato e ferro sono i due materiali principali utilizzati e insieme con le erbe definiscono l’immagine del progetto.
