This apartment is a penthouse, ideal for a young family who prefer to spend time at home and appreciate the comfort of their home. The apartment is designed in an Asian colonial style.
The total area is 50 square meters, but due to the ceiling height of 4,400 mm, we were able to arrange a mezzanine floor with an area of 20 square meters.
On the floor there is a bedroom and a mini-garden separating the recreation area, which is a kind of library. Here you can retire with a book, enjoying the tranquility and comfort. The space is complemented by living plants, for which special lighting and climate are provided.
The kitchen is located on the border of the kitchen area. Considering that the owners of the apartment rarely cook, we did not need to create a large and functional kitchen, so we optimally used this space.
