Nestled gracefully into a lush hillside, this home seamlessly integrates with its sloping terrain. Perched subtly below street level on a natural shelf, the design ensures a serene presence that harmonizes with the landscape rather than dominating it. The guest apartment, merges into the hillside, providing a welcoming yet modest entrance. The predominantly single-story layout stretches horizontally with the contours of the site, while the lower level features additional living spaces, including en suite bedrooms, an exercise room with terrace access, and a soothing dry sauna. The home embraces the sun’s journey, with morning light filtering into the southeast-facing bedrooms and evening sunsets enjoyed from the northwest front. The exterior combines rugged limestone, sleek metal panels, warm Sapele wood siding, and smooth stucco, complemented by expansive metal-clad windows that frame breathtaking views and invite you to experience the surrounding beauty from within.
