A game of membranes of different textures configures the spaces.

Micro-perforated aluminum panels with transparent and translucent glass, accompanied by curtains, form a versatile game of compartmentalization and adjust their privacy depending on their use.

With black as the main color that homogenizes the entire set, we can talk about 3 degrees of intimacy.

- A first degree that differentiates the outside public from the people who are staying in the apartments. A large micro-perforated panel that acts as an entrance hall to the accommodation, which can be a space for coexistence or a transition to the more private rooms.

- A second degree that would include the differentiation with the entrance hallway. The apartment space itself, which contains the living room, kitchen, dining room and bedrooms. Composed of transparent glass.

- And a third degree that would be the space of the rooms that would be the most intimate space. Composed of translucent glass.

The aim is to have total continuity with elements that unify the entire space, such as a continuous concrete pavement that connects the exterior with the interior and vice versa. Also a similar language when it comes to lighting with vertical “bar” sconces that run throughout the space.

The closed, open and semi-open curtains, together with the glass membranes, provide a strong dynamism to the whole, showing a “lived” space.
