The feeling "Alpenfreude", is tied to the serenity that comes from spending long, happy days in a simple yet authentic environment, just like that found in the Salzburg tradition. The real estate group Recon Group GmbH has embraced this philosophy by designing a holiday home complex aimed at providing guests with a completely relaxing experience and a peaceful yet unforgettable stay. The complex features sixteen chalets nestled in a landscape of green pastures and pristine coniferous forests, just a 15-minute walk from the scenic town of Tamsweg. This charming village, known among winter sports enthusiasts, serves as an ideal starting point for memorable excursions or for immersing oneself in the tranquility of the mountains. In addition to the chalets, a welcoming building with five apartments and a reception is located at the entrance of the area, enhancing the overall experience with added comfort. A nearby swimming pond invites guests to discover a refreshing corner of nature.

In all structures, wood is the standout element, both outside and within the interiors. This material harmonizes beautifully with Geopietra® manufactured stone cladding, used on the ground floor walls of some chalets and the reception building. The model used is Cascata, laid with joints, showcasing typical shapes of the “Spontaneous profile”: varied and irregular. The masonry shade is Grigio Perla, which, with its cool shades, creates a striking contrast with the warm colors of the various wooden elements. This classic combination of materials, used since the dawn of architecture, maintains its contemporaneity, especially when the design aims to create an atmosphere of genuine simplicity and warmth. Unique and typical of the area is also the choice of flush stone grouting: this finish is usually used to create a visually compact wall, while the choice of Sabbia tone for the GeoBi lightened mortar highlights the dark color of the stone, creating an appealing visual movement. The manufactured stone cladding was laid on a masonry of mineralised wood-cement formwork blocks, with the aim of maximizing living comfort. The work was completed with the arrival of winter, offering the chance to admire the creation in its silent beauty, cloaked in a blanket of fresh snow.

Il sentimento, "Alpenfreude", è collegato a quella serenità che nasce trascorrendo lunghe e felici giornate in un ambiente semplice ma autentico, proprio come quello della tradizione salisburghese. Il gruppo immobiliare Recon Group GmbH ha progettato un complesso di case vacanze, concretizzando questa filosofia con l'obiettivo di offrire ai propri ospiti un'esperienza di totale relax e un soggiorno tranquillo ma indimenticabile. La struttura comprende sedici chalet, immersi in un paesaggio di verdi malghe e boschi di aghifoglie incontaminati, a soli quindici minuti a piedi dal pittoresco comune di Tamsweg. Questo incantevole paesino, noto tra gli amanti degli sport invernali, rappresenta un punto di partenza ideale per escursioni memorabili o per immergersi nella tranquillità della montagna. Oltre agli chalet, all'ingresso dell'area si trova un edificio accogliente con cinque appartamenti e una reception, che rende l’esperienza ancora più comoda, mentre un laghetto balneabile nelle vicinanze invita a scoprire un angolo di freschezza.

 In tutte le strutture, il legno è l'elemento protagonista, presente sia all'esterno che negli ambienti interni. Questo materiale si sposa armoniosamente con il rivestimento in pietra ricostruita Geopietra®, impiegato per le pareti esterne del piano terra di alcuni chalet e dell'edificio che ospita la reception. Il modello è il Cascata, posato con fuga, e presenta forme tipiche del “profilo Spontaneo: variegate e irregolari. La tonalità della muratura è il Grigio Perla che, grazie alle sue sfumature fredde, crea un evidente contrasto con i colori caldi dei vari elementi in legno. Questo classico abbinamento di materiali, impiegato fin dagli albori dell’architettura, conserva tutta la sua attualità, specialmente quando il design è volto a generare un’atmosfera di autentica semplicità e calore. Tipica e originale del luogo è anche la scelta della stuccatura a raso pietra: questa finitura è solitamente utilizzata per creare una muratura visivamente compatta, mentre la scelta della tonalità sabbia per la malta alleggerita GeoBi mette in evidenza il colore scuro della pietra, dando vita a un piacevole movimento visivo. Il rivestimento in pietra ricostruita è stato posato su una muratura di blocchi a cassero formati da legno-cemento mineralizzato, con l’obiettivo di massimizzare il benessere abitativo. I lavori sono stati completati con l’arrivo dell’inverno, regalando la possibilità di ammirare l'opera nella sua bellezza silenziosa, avvolta da un manto di neve fresca.
