Located along the route of the new southwestern bypass and not far from its connection to the existing Podgorica-Golubovci highway, the facility serves as an intersection point on this route. Our vision is to create an architectural landmark in an open landscape and an area characterized by industrial architecture. The building, which covers over 9,000 m2 on the ground floor, features a dominant horizontal form that integrates with the existing industrial environment through the use of characteristic shed roofs.

The building itself is designed to provide comfort for its users, with a focus on creating spaces for social interaction. The building's hall, which has entrances on both sides, serves as a pathway for people moving between the building and the outside space, as well as within the building itself. This area acts as an internal square, providing a space for social gatherings within the building. The use of openings on the gray roofs and glass curtain walls on the facade allows for a comfortable and flexible interior space that is well-lit with natural light.
