This project involved transforming a 45 m² (Carrez) / 50 m² floor area Parisian apartment into a duplex with a summer house atmosphere. The renovation was extensive, beginning with the strengthening and modification of the worn-out structure and framing. Key features include a custom-designed staircase that connects the main floor to a newly created attic space, a bright kitchen separated from the living room by a sculptural yellow arch, and a minimalist bathroom with marine-inspired green tiles.

The materials selected reflect a summer-like feel with a combination of light birchwood, exposed bricks, and warm terracotta tones, evoking the seaside even in the heart of Paris. The apartment now boasts a luminous living space, enhanced by clever use of mirrors, sculptural elements, and natural light from the skylights and large windows.
