Nestled in the heart of Montreal's Shop Angus district, the Vietnamese restaurant Le Red Tiger delivers a vibrant and immersive culinary experience. From the moment you step inside, your attention is drawn to the custom-made, colorful ceramic mosaic floor. This second location, following the original that opened in 2015, preserves the lively spirit and energy of its predecessor.

Le Red Tiger's interior design strikes a perfect balance between modernity and vintage charm. Black walnut wood and lime plaster infuse the eclectic and dynamic space with undeniable warmth. The multi-level layout adds depth and perspective, while vintage touches evoke a sense of nostalgia. 

At the core of the customer experience are the bar and open kitchen, where guests can watch the chef and bartender in action, adding an interactive and engaging element to their visit. Above the bar, a neon sign identical to the one in the original location reads "càng đông càng vui" (the more, the merrier), highlighting the restaurant's Vietnamese roots and philosophy.

A long communal table made from BC fir, paired with industrial-style stools, invites socializing and sharing, while suspended Asian lanterns contribute an authentic and cozy atmosphere. Open from day to night, Red Tiger serves cuisine inspired by Vietnamese street food, with seating for over 100 guests. The menu boasts a fine selection of cocktails, perfect for pairing with the flavorful dishes and creating a warm, festive ambiance.

Situé au cœur du quartier Rosemont à Montréal, le restaurant vietnamien Le Red Tiger propose une expérience culinaire immersive et colorée. Dès l’entrée, on est immédiatement captivé par le plancher en mosaïque de céramique colorée, réalisé sur mesure pour ce projet. Ce deuxième établissement du même nom, succédant au premier ouvert en 2015, conserve l'esprit et l'énergie de son prédécesseur. 

Le design intérieur du Red Tiger est un mariage parfait entre modernité et éléments vintage. Le noyer noir et l'enduit à la chaux apportent une chaleur indéniable à l'atmosphère éclectique et dynamique du restaurant. L'espace, réparti sur plusieurs niveaux, offre une profondeur et une perspective qui dynamisent le lieu, tandis que des éléments vintages ajoutent une touche de nostalgie.

Le bar et la cuisine ouverte sont au cœur de l'expérience client. Les convives peuvent admirer le savoir-faire du chef et du barman en pleine action, ajoutant une dimension interactive et conviviale à leur visite. Un néon, reproduit à l'identique du premier Red Tiger, affichant "càng đông càng vui" (plus on est de fous, plus on rit), surplombe le bar, rappelant les racines et la philosophie vietnamiennes de l’établissement.

Une longue table commune en bois de BC fir et des tabourets industriels invitent à la convivialité et au partage, tandis que des lanternes asiatiques suspendues ajoutent une touche d’authenticité et de chaleur à l'ensemble. Ouvert de jour comme de soir, Le Red Tiger offre une cuisine inspirée du street food vietnamien, avec une capacité d'accueil de plus de 100 personnes. La carte propose une belle sélection de cocktails, parfaits pour accompagner les plats savoureux et créer une ambiance festive et chaleureuse.
