Sense 100 Building | Sandra Micaela Casinha Atelier

The Sense 100 Building dances through long waves, different on each floor. The organic design and the panels projected onto the façade create dynamism, movement and moments.

There are 20 apartments, two fronts, with generous balconies, which are intended to be living areas. It's the "waves" that create the balconies. And they relate to the light-filled living rooms.

In each apartment we are greeted by a curve. It leads us to different areas. It ends in the living room, and here our gaze lands on the organicist balcony with its screen panels. These panels will provide emotion, protection from the sun and privacy.

O Edifício Sense 100 dança através de longas ondas, diferentes em cada piso. O desenho organicista e os painéis projetados na fachada, criam dinamismo, movimento e momentos.

São 20 apartamentos, duas frentes, com varandas generosas, que se pretendem ser zonas de estar. São as “ondas” que criam as varandas. E relacionam-se com as salas cheias de luz.

Em cada apartamento somos recebidos por uma curva. Ela encaminha-nos para diferentes zonas. Termina na sala, e, aqui, o nosso olhar pousa na varanda organicista com os seus painéis-screens. Estes painéis serão emocionais, protecção do sol, e privacidade.
