The residential complex is located in one of the oldest residential neighborhoods of the city — Golubina Padi, which will soon undergo a comprehensive renovation. «Philosophy» is located at the intersection of an important transport artery and completes the future walking route through the entire Pigeon Pad. The complex will close the territory from the south side, becoming a new visual accent of the neighborhood

While working on the project, we tried to make the most of the recognizable composite terrain, landscape features and context to create a memorable composition. The residential complex «Philosophy» is intended to become one of the symbols of the transformation of the entire district and set a new standard for the quality of residential architecture in the city
