At QZY Models, we are excited to showcase our meticulously crafted architectural model​ for the Vientiane Center, a luxurious residential and commercial development by Laos' renowned KRITTAPHONG GROUP. Featuring two elegant residential towers and an L-shaped commercial complex, this development stands as a landmark in Vientiane's bustling central district. Our detailed physical model​, designed for sales presentations, seamlessly integrates a 1:100 scale project model with a 1:1000 urban site map, providing a holistic view of the entire development.

Architectural Style and Composition 

Our architectural model, designed with realism in mind, beautifully captures the essence of the Vientiane Center. Laser-cut stainless steel panels bring the electronic zone model to life, with illuminated roadways, precise textual annotations, and stunning water features. The buildings, crafted from CNC-machined solid frosted acrylic, emphasize their structural presence. The model's base features dynamic color-changing lighting, highlighting key locations and adding to the overall visual appeal.

Innovative Sand Table Integration 

The creative fusion of the 1:100 project model with the 1:1000 urban site map into a single, cohesive physical model​ demonstrates our innovative approach. The model's electronic features, including illuminated elements, provide a captivating and interactive experience. This integrated design not only ensures a striking display but also optimizes space and presentation effectiveness.

Logistics and Delivery 

From concept to completion, our logistics team ensured a smooth journey for the 4.5m by 3.5m model, delivering it safely to Vientiane. The entire process, from crafting to delivery, took just 15 days, resulting in a visually stunning representation of the Vientiane Center.
