GRAPHIC HOUSE

Located in the heart of the European district in Brussels, this 200m2 apartment won over the owner with its location and spacious volumes.

Upon entering, we are greeted by an exceptional custom-made metal coating from Italy. Horizontally oriented, it features a bronze color palette. It's surprising because it conceals numerous storage spaces and provides access to the spa.

We then discover a large living space with a monumental quartzite fireplace cladding as its centerpiece. The high ceiling is enhanced by the verticality of this Patagonia stone and the metal bookshelf.

The master bedroom has also been reimagined. Upon entering, we face a wallpaper made of a double arc-shaped partition that encompasses the bed and bedside tables. Opposite, a wardrobe visually repeats this shape and is painted the same color as the rest of the room. 

This leads to an open bathroom featuring large 1mx1m tiles that give it a special character.

The spa includes a sauna, a steam room, a jacuzzi, and a large shower. A coffee corner makes this room more welcoming and convivial. All the rugs in this project were imagined and designed by the architect, in an exclusive quality.

The sockets, switches, and motion sensors have been replaced with bronze plates. Pictograms are engraved on some supports to make the space unique and easy to live in.

This project was thus conceived in its entirety, and every detail has been carefully studied. The living spaces are now more functional as the ergonomics and materials have been adapted according to the young and dynamic lifestyle and personality of the client. Graphic and organic shapes now coexist harmoniously in the spaces, aided by astonishing and bold colors.
