Tencent Conference Center Architectural Models | QZY Models Design

The Tencent Conference Center project is a part of the greater Tencent Shenzhen Headquarters Project (Net City) and located at the tip of Qianhai Bay, Shenzhen. This new convention center serves as an urban focal point, providing a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces including an expo center, exhibition and banquet halls, a waterfront plaza and hotel.

Design by the renowned design and architecture firm NBBJ, QZY Models was honored to be commissioned to create this architectural models 

There is a 1:400 architectural model, which fully captures the spirit of the unique architectural design as it shows plenty of details of the building, and the viewers are able to visualize this unprecedented feat of design only by looking at the model for a short time. The designed Conference Center evokes a dramatic maritime gateway with arcs, lifts and curves that form dynamic and beautiful plazas and courtyards. A waterfront park surrounds the civic center with a series of zones and activities weaving in, around and under the building, and all these elements were flawlessly presented by this Conference Center model. In addition, the internal structure, design and daily office life are lively reproduced, whose details add depth to the building model. By using advanced technology and tools such as CNC technology and laser cutting in the model making the process, this scale model can be completed with great precision within an astonishing 8 days.
