Florentia Village Shanghai Luxury Designer Outlet is located about 38 km from the center of Shanghai (Pudong District, Zhuqiao), and 7 km from Pudong Airport. The construction of the first phase, covering a surface of 56,000 sqm, took about 12 months and ended in 2015.
The outlet includes info points, management suites, a Vip lounge, entertainment spaces, a food court and public toilets. Two large parking areas accommodate 2,700 parking spaces.
The second phase extended the space 29,500 sqm.
The design characterizing the shops and restaurants is an open reference to the Italian tradition, creating a strong characterisation of the centre,  thus moving away from the cold and anonymous style that is typical of most shopping centers.
Surrounded by elegant arcades and monumental colonnades, some of the squares are decorated by fountains that emphasize the importance of water as a resource of life and urbanisation.
Many itineraries start from the squares and develop into streets, widenings, porticos and galleries until they reunite, accompanying clients on an imaginary journey through the most beautiful Italian cities.
