The design of the Billionaire Resort is focused wholly on a mission of high quality and high performance, both in its overall and detailed aspects, for the long run, and within very well contained costs.  Each detail is conceived and realised with cutting edge design care that reflects the synthesis of tradition and innovation, and with an interpretation creative and deeply rational at the same time that utilises local materials, recasting them in the light of an ultra-modern, efficient, practical, and reliable perspective. This ranges from the unlimited potential of the natural light that floods all exterior and interior areas to the harmonious modularity of the various dwellings; from the smooth and easy transition between private and common areas to the insights for entertainment and leisure of the available services. The  Resort translates the quest for privacy and rest into a pure deluxe experience that finds in the interaction between the customer and the spaces that welcome him its main raison d’être and the whole identity of a custom tailored design, conceptually inspired by a philosophy of architectural “simplexity.”

The Malindi Resort’s design has been specifically conceived within an easily accessible green area, strategically located a few minutes from the city’s airport.  A location covering an area of 32,856 m2 developed along a strip of land between the main road and the sea which bounds off a broad stretch of private beach.

The lot is split into two main complexes: the first one of 15,482 m2 reserved for the development of services and the second one of 17,374 m2, reserved for residential development with a maximum buildable area of 50% of the total area; this ensures a harmonious and integrated balance between building development and respect for the natural environment.

The luxury residential complex consists of three blocks arranged on three levels, rising above a platform which, besides affording protection from the proximity of the sea, ensures an inalienable sense of privacy. The blocks are staggered and have two façades, with exterior (to the sea) and interior (to the park) views. All flats have panoramic decks on the sea side, additional spaces of relaxation and conviviality, conceived as coherent prolongations of the flats, which stretch towards the sea through these natural, shady, and shade-giving extensions.

The ground floor flats have private gardens bound by a slight blunting of the ground intended to mark the boundaries between the green areas belonging to each ground floor flat and the Resort’s private greenery; the latter centres around the large green core inspired by the classical green of golf courses, dotted by lofty palm trees that lean horizontally towards the view of the sea.

The design envisages the development of dedicated services, like the beach, the swimming pools, the Beach Pavilion, the Beach Club and the equipped Reception area, all located in a succession of controlled access spaces aimed at ensuring the security and privacy of the residential complex.

Il progetto è stato studiato su misura all’interno di un’area verde, facilmente accessibile e posizionata strategicamente a pochi minuti dall’aeroporto della città. Una location estesa su una superficie di 32.856 mq, sviluppata lungo una fascia di terra che dalla strada principale corre fino al mare delimitando un’ampia porzione di spiaggia privata.

Il lotto è suddiviso in due raggruppamenti principali, il primo di 15,482 mq dedicati allo sviluppo dei servizi ed il secondo da 17,374 mq dedicati allo sviluppo residenziale per una massima superficie costruibile infriore al 50% dell’intera area, al fine di garantire un’armonia paritaria ed integrante tra gli interventi di edificazione e il rispetto del paesaggio naturale.

Il lussuoso complesso residenziale è costituito da tre blocchi disposti su altrettanti livelli, sopraelevati su un deck che, oltre a proteggere dalla vicinanza del mare, garantisce un irrinunciabile senso di privacy. I blocchi sono sfalsati e bifacciali, con doppia vista esterna (mare) e interna (parco). Gli appartamenti sono tutti dotati di terrazze panoramiche sul lato mare, ulteriori spazi di relax e convivio, studiate come coerente ampliamento degli appartamenti, protesi verso il mare grazie a queste naturali estensioni, ombreggiate e ombreggianti.

Gli appartamenti al ground floor dispongono di giardini privati delimitati da lievi smussamenti del terreno, intesi a tratteggiare i confini tra il verde pertinente ad ogni appartamento al piano terra e quello privato del Resort, intorno al grande polmone verde ispirato al classico green dei campi da golf, punteggiato di altissime palme che si proiettano orizzontalmente verso la vista mare.

Il progetto prevede la realizzazione di servizi dedicati come la spiaggia, le piscine, il Beach Pavillon, il Beach Club e la Reception attrezzata in una sequenza di volumi con accesso controllato, per mantenere lo stato di sicurezza e privacy del complesso residenziale.
