La Prua | Doori Architettura

The apartment, resulting from the extension of an existing villa, overlooks the splendid Gulf of Tigullio just a few kilometers from the city of Genoa. This project was conceived for the young owners, lovers of the sea, eager to create a refuge that celebrates the unique magic and beauty of the place, an oasis to welcome friends and cultivate their passions.

The sleeping area, simple yet welcoming, accommodates two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the spacious and versatile living room opens up to the sea, becoming the pulsating heart of the home.

The project seeks a balance between architectural interventions and respect for the surrounding environment.

The spaces are characterized by few elements, whose colors and materials have been carefully selected not to overwhelm the atmosphere, keeping the Gulf of Paradiso as the undisputed protagonist.

L’appartamento, risultante da sopraelevazione di una villetta preesistente, si affaccia sullo splendido golfo del Tigullio a pochi chilometri dalla città di Genova. Questo progetto è stato concepito per i giovani proprietari, amanti del mare e desiderosi di creare un rifugio che celebri la magia e la bellezza uniche del luogo, un'oasi dove accogliere amici e coltivare le proprie passioni.

La zona notte, semplice ma accogliente, ospita due camere da letto e due bagni, mentre l’ampio e versatile soggiorno si apre verso il mare, diventando il cuore pulsante dell'abitazione.

Il progetto ricerca un equilibrio tra interventi architettonici e rispetto per l'ambiente circostante.

Gli ambienti sono caratterizzati da pochi elementi, i cui colori e materiali sono stati selezionati con cura per non sovraccaricare l'atmosfera, mantenendo il Golfo Paradiso come protagonista indiscusso.
