Complete refurbishment of detached house with swimming pool.

Renovation and extension of detached house from the 80's located in Cumbre del Sol residential estate (Benitachell).

The house has impressive views of the Costa Blanca and the Peñon de Ifach from different levels as it is located on a steeply sloping plot.

The intervention of the architectural project consisted of extending the programme of needs of the house, generating new spaces on the semi-basement floor, remodelling the existing ones on the ground floor and connecting the exterior spaces with the interior.

Materiality with the predominant use of neutral tones and wood. The microcement and ecoclay clay paint focuses the attention in the house generating warm and luminous spaces. Always taking into account the materiality of the Mediterranean and the essence of the original house.

From the studio we have also worked on the landscaping of the plot to integrate it into the environment.
