All ground floors serve as active public facilities, and their entrances face the street. The functionally rich public area is connected to the park by a green zone, thereby shielding apartments above from Pohulianka Street and simultaneously creating its own distinct, vibrant space within the neighborhood.

New residential street and public space.
The space that forms the central functional link between all the buildings is not a street in the traditional sense of the word. It is a non-linear, flexible, variable, and dynamic pedestrian public space, the main artery of the neighborhood, which also unites intermediate connections between public and private areas.

Terrain and Nature.
Elevation of buildings by columns allows to preserve the natural terrain and existing trees, ensuring unimpeded water flow along the slopes. This creates a visual continuity of space and a constant transparency through the development towards Pohulianka Park.
A system of lakes serving as reservoirs for rainwater and melted snow provides a natural microclimate for the slopes of Pohulianka and preserves all water within the development and the park. Water becomes a defining element for the identity of the Pohulianka territory and the new living space.
