Designed for a young couple moving into their first place together, this apartment is meant to be an aesthetically pleasing and comfortable place for their new life. They wanted a cozy spot to come back to after a busy day, where they could relax and feel really at home. They imagined their 140 m2 space being perfect for movie nights, quiet coffee mornings with amazing views, and ending the day with a relaxing bath. "We really paid attention to making sure every part of the apartment would support these kinds of moments, from the big picture down to the small details," says interior designer Lesya Pechenkina, the author of the project.

As for the layout, the design smartly separates the living and sleeping areas, making the space feel bigger and more organized. Views outside are seamlessly integrated into the interior. "Right when you walk in, you'll notice how well the dining area fits between the windows, with the kitchen on one side and the living room on the other. We put a lot of thought into choosing and placing the furniture and lights to highlight these spots," Lesya says.

Even though it's not huge, the living room is welcoming and works great for having people over, thanks to the extra space near the windows. The kitchen has become a favorite spot for making meals, chatting, or just chilling with a coffee, all with a great view. "For the master bedroom, we chose calmer, darker colors and added an exquisite wall fresco to make it feel private and peaceful," the designer explains.

The apartment's style mixes modern with art deco, filled with neat details. There's a great mix of textures and colors, like soft fabrics against metals, green and red tones next to marble and brass. Decorative plaster, marble floors, and wood flooring add elegance, as ceramic tiles in the bathroom.

We put a lot of effort into customizing the furniture for this apartment, like the standout kitchen island, the TV area, and interesting shelves. All technical solutions can be easily controlled by the smart home system.

"We focused on every single detail, from how the furniture looks to mixing colors and textures, and picking the right decor and fabrics. All this makes the apartment a place where the owners and their guests feel warm, comfortable, and happy", Lesya Pechenkina concludes.
