The Golf Architecture Project owes its name to the tranquil views of a golf course it offers. This quality, along with the pre-existence of trees on the site prior to construction, was a starting point for the project, as well as a marked objective: to respect the vegetation in the planning of the home and use its possibilities to frame the position of the new residence, placing it in a natural environment and in connection with nature, taking advantage of the golf views.

VIEWS OVER THE GOLF COURSE

The house presents a bold architecture from the outside, with a basement floor acting as a base, complemented by the contrast of two upper volumes with flat roofs. These roofs allowed the creation of an elevated outdoor space overlooking the golf course, a place for contemplation.

This volumetric play also allowed for a landscaped upper terrace that integrates vegetation into the home and invites rest.

DISTRIBUTION AROUND THE FAMILY

The main access, led by a path bordered by vegetation, leads to the main space of the house. With a double height, this space is dominated by the staircase, designed with sculptural volumetry that adds personality and character and serves as a link between spaces.

The upper floor contains the private rooms. However, the distribution was conceived in such a way that the spaces invite family cohabitation and interaction, so a social gathering space was projected that connects the access to the bedrooms. Among them, the master bedroom stands out for its wide views of the vegetation, a frame that captures a natural and changing image.

The ground floor is dedicated to common use spaces such as the kitchen and living room. In the basement, leisure activities are concentrated, bringing together game areas, cinema, and billiards. These spaces connect with outdoor areas such as an English courtyard and the pool, always in contact with the exterior environment.

RELATIONSHIP WITH THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT

The orientation towards the south allowed for large windows that achieve the sought-after visual permeability. The depth of vision and the relationship of the interior spaces with the exterior were achieved through porches, terraces, and inner patios, intimately linking the interiors with the natural environment at all times. This relationship of spaces forms fluid and orderly rooms that promote comfort, gathering, and family cohabitation.

INTERIOR DESIGN, DECORATION, AND LANDSCAPING PROJECT

The interior design and landscaping works close the Golf Architecture Project with coherence. The use of noble materials and wooden details for the interior and a careful selection of landscaping in the New Perennial style cohesively binds the interior and exterior spaces, giving prominence to the naturalism of the plot and the sensations it arouses.
