Villa Cliff | STUDIO SYNTHESIS architecture & design

Tourist villa Cliff is situated on a rock, in immediate vicinity to the sea. The location and the morphology of the terrain resulted in linear alignment of the building and its functional organisation through two above ground and one below ground level. The building has west-east orientation, ensuring that all the premises have spectacular views of the sunset and the Old Town, St. Nikola Island and preserved environmental entirety of Pržno Settlement. Functional organisation of the ground floor provides interaction with the immediate natural surrounding allowing its users to enjoy it. Unobstructed access to the pool, careful landscaping at the ground floor and integration of the beach with the villa create a sense of isolation and pleasant detachment from the built environment. The Villa consists of a large living area with open terraces that pose as an extension of the living room during the summertime, a mini bar unit by the pool and large covered terraces for relaxation in the shade. There are five comfortable apartments, as well as a service apartment with separate access. Basement consists of additional facilities such as a mini spa and wellness centre. Stone plastic dynamic surface coating and finishing stone-cutting works provide additional value to the excellence of this realisation.
