On the shores belonging to the Sea of Cortez in the Querencia development, Casa Querencia 56 is located perched on a cliff with a difference of 36 meters in height from the highest point to the lowest point of the land, privileged with one of the best views of the Sea of Cortez and San Jose del Cabo.

​Casa Querencia 56 conceptualizes the idea of integrating a luxury house into the beautiful environment that surrounds it, subtly integrating itself into the rocky and desert climate that characterizes Los Cabos, being an element that accompanies and highlights in a complementary way to the natural terrain, the exterior materiality conformed by regional materials such as stone, wood and inked apparent concrete, achieves a symbiotic relationship between the house and the context.

​The volumetry of the project is based on elements on posts and staggered to create elongated forms so that each space has a view of the sea. In turn, this helps us to obtain natural lighting and ventilation in each area.

​Casa Querencia 56 is divided into three main blocks. The first is the private area, five bedrooms with their respective dressing rooms and bathrooms, and their private terraces having contemplative spaces. The second is the social area which is on one floor, with a 28 meters long infinity pool, and the third is the social, recreational area, having a cinema, Candy bar, an indoor and outdoor gym, spa, firepit, indoor and outdoor game room and a guest casita with two extra rooms.

​Casa Querencia 56 balances luxury architecture and the natural context of the place without having more hierarchy than the incredible views. It enjoys generous spaces and exquisite amenities, preserving the principles of architecture.
