Located in the exclusive Chileno Bay Resort and its unparalleled views and orientations to the Sea of Cortez of the Baja California peninsula, we give birth to Casa Bendición.

​The project has a specific program for the family, with integrated social areas, four main bedrooms, a game room, and a media room. Its main requirement was the versatility and flexibility of the space, integrating organically into the environment. from Chileno Bay. The very nature of Los Cabos, creating spaces where the fine lines of the interior and exterior are lost, open social spaces without dividers for much better integration of users into the areas. For the family's comfort, we created complete and friendly spaces in the home. 

​From the aesthetic point of view, the house's design started from the main stage, the Sea of Cortez. In a specific and rigorous way, the landscape is the protagonist and thus integrated in the best way with the house's clean architecture.

​In the building, natural materials were used in facades and interiors to intend that the construction became part of the natural scenery and was transformed with it over the years. The residence is friendly to the environment and goes hand in hand with the aesthetics of Chileno Bay, creating a unique harmony.

​The interior design style reflects those who inhabit the residence, an essential balance between nature, luxury, and comfort; most pieces were designed and manufactured in a linear and contemporary style.
