Bernd Gruber Interior's first project on the North Frisian Island of Sylt is dedicated to nature and the elements of wind, water and sand. The ever-present wind can be found in the shapes and movements of all materials: water complements colour and movement, and the sand finds its subtle interpretation in the multi-faceted textures of the furniture. The result is a special kind of “barefoot feeling” and a successful homage to the elements of creation.

A total of 2 years have passed from the demanding planning to the completion of the 250 sq. meter property. The work included the complete concept, execution and building supervision of the interior design for the basement, ground floor and top floor. The result is a personal and distinctive style that makes the empathetic cooperation between client and contractor perceptible.
